3. Online Payments

• Accepted Payments: We may accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other authorized payment gateways.

• Security: All payment transactions are encrypted and processed via secure channels. However, Master Group is not liable for unauthorized transactions due to third-party breaches.

• Refund Policy: Booking fees or reservation deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Please review each project’s refund policy before confirming payment.

• Installments: If you enter into a payment plan, your obligations will be outlined in a separate installment agreement provided by Master Group.

4. Property Reservations

• Reservation Process: You may reserve units online by paying a booking deposit. Reservation is subject to availability and approval by Master Group.

• Temporary Hold: A reservation temporarily holds a unit, but is not a final purchase or transfer of ownership.

• Confirmation: We will contact you to finalize the reservation. If not confirmed within a specified period, we reserve the right to release the unit without prior notice.

• Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, the final design, pricing, and availability may vary slightly due to project development timelines.

5. Agent Interactions

• Communication: You may interact with our agents through chat, WhatsApp, call, or in-person meetings. These agents act on behalf of Master Group and will provide guidance, offers, and documentation.

• No Binding Commitments: Verbal or informal communication with agents does not constitute a binding agreement. Only signed documents are enforceable.

• Code of Conduct: Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our agents will result in account suspension or permanent restriction from using our services.

6. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, images, logos, layouts, and videos—is owned by or licensed to Master Group. You may not use, copy, or reproduce this content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Master Group shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including delays in project delivery, third-party failures, or system errors.
